To empower communities through climate action, environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods, education, research, policy engagement and innovative programmes that improve lives while protecting the planet.
Our origins
From witnessing loss to building community-led solutions.
TGDA was officially registered on 3 June 2022 after a deeply personal journey shaped by coastal erosion, flooding and climate-induced displacement in Ghanaian communities.
Those lived experiences revealed that environmental challenges are never isolated. They affect livelihoods, education, public health, food security and economic opportunity all at once.
The Green Dialogue Africa was founded to bridge environmental advocacy, research, policy and community action — so that meaningful conversations become practical, measurable change.
